SHRM West Central Ohio (formerly Lima SHRM) is an affiliate of SHRM and is our area’s premier local chapter with our members spread throughout Allen and surrounding counties.

Our goal is to foster the development of Human Resources (HR) professionals at all levels. We offer our members exceptional learning and development experiences as well as exciting networking opportunities through meetings, workshops, and webinars. Our membership includes practitioners from all HR disciplines ranging from students to mid-level and senior HR officers and company leaders.

Chapter memberships run from January through December annually and begin on the date of your application approval in your first year. All memberships are held in the individual’s name, not an organization’s name with which the member is affiliated, and are not transferable.
