Four Years in a Row: Lima Society for Human Resource Managers Recognized for Regional Impact

SHRM West Central Ohio (formerly, the Lima SHRM Chapter) is proud to announce that, for the fourth year in a row, it has been awarded the Platinum Excel Award, the highest level of recognition from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This prestigious honor celebrates the chapter’s outstanding achievements in advancing the HR profession, serving HR professionals, enhancing the SHRM community, and fostering membership acquisition and retention.   

The Excel Award recognizes SHRM chapters and state councils that establish and execute strategic initiatives to support the HR profession. By achieving Platinum status, Lima SHRM has demonstrated excellence in implementing four impactful initiatives, including efforts to promote dual membership, professional development, and community engagement.
